==>Make sure you have atleast 3 to 4 charge of battery power.
==>Backup your contact list and personal files to memory card.
==>Switch off your phone and remove your memory card.
==>Press and hold the green dial key,star(*) key and key number three(3) and then press the power key to switch on the phone.
NOTE: Dont let go of the keys and make sure you hold the keys until you see a formatting word screen show.
==>The phone is back to normal.
OR
When your phone is on,just type *#7370# and put your security code.But the default code is 12345
